Meet Our Pastor

Elaine Maldonado Ortiz is a pastor serving in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she began her ministry journey in 1981, serving in children’s ministry. Over the years, she has become a trusted trainer in biblical protocol for ministry, consulting pastors, business professionals, and ministry leaders across the United States.

After the passing of her husband on September 26, 2023, Pastor Elaine faithfully continues the calling God placed on their lives—to shepherd the church Christ led them to plant in 2022. Her greatest passion is spending time alone with God in prayer and in His Word. She believes all ministry must flow from that sacred place. Pastor Elaine ministers under the leading of the Holy Spirit, trusting in His power to move and transform lives.

She lives in Stroudsburg, PA, and cherishes her five children, son-in-law, and two beloved grandchildren.
